Application for Racing and Wagering Western Australia director or key employees licence.
In accordance with sections 14 and 24 of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003, Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) directors and key employees must be issued a licence from the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia.
A RWWA key employee is considered to be someone who is employed or working in a managerial capacity, or is empowered to make decisions that regulate the gambling operations of the organisation, or someone who is designated as a key employee by the Commission due to their influence, remuneration or function within the organisation.
A RWWA director will be selected or appointed by the Minister.

Racing and Wagering Western Australia
An application is not considered lodged until the fee has been received. An invoice for payment will be issued on receipt of your emailed or posted form and can either be paid through the licensee's online portal account, by posting a cheque made payable to the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries or a BPOINT payment link can be emailed on request. Application fees are not subject to GST.
Applications will not be progressed until the fee is received. Generally the application fee is not refundable, even if the application is refused or withdrawn.
